Please use the form below to make a referral to the service. We distribute food throughout the BA6 and BA16 postcodes, only to those who have been referred by recognised local agencies, including Social Services, care agencies and Citizens Advice. If you are unsure whether you or your agency is eligible to make referrals, or you have any other questions about the referral process, please call us on 01458 558337.
With the exception of deliveries to staffed premises, we will only attempt to deliver to your clients if we are able to make contact with them by phone or text. Please make sure your clients are aware of this, and advise us if you anticipate any issues so that we can discuss how to proceed.
Please ensure your contact details on the form are correct, as we may have to get in touch to discuss the referral with you. You will be required to verify your email address during the submission process. Once you have submitted the form, we will give you a reference number, and you should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.
